UK Calls, Texts and Internet Access

We appreciate that most visitors to the UK have access to a smartphone and would like internet access. Calls, texts and internet access can be very expensive from mobile phones from other countries You may be able to get a special deal from your local phone carrier. If not, we recommend adding a UK SIM card to your package.
A UK SIM-card will give you local phone calls, 4G internet access, and texts at UK prices.
It will be issued to you on the day of arrival.

SIM Card Details

• £15 will give you 1Gb of data or 300 minutes of local calls or 500 UK texts – enough for normal usage.
• £25 will give you a minimum of 4Gb of data*, with text charged at 2p each and calls at 3p per minute – recommended if you intend to use video messaging (WhatsApp, FaceTime, Skype, etc) or if you will be uploading photos to social media (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, VK, Twitter, etc)
• If, during your stay, you need even more calls/texts/data then you can top up your credit at most supermarkets - minimum £10 (3p call, 2p text 1p MB Data).
• Suitable for iPhone and Android smartphones
• YOUR DEVICE MUST SUPPORT STANDARD, MICRO OR NANO SIMS, NOT LOCKED TO A SPECIFIC CARRIER AND SUITABLE FOR USE ON A 4G LTE NETWORK AT FREQUENCIES OF 800 MHz or 1800 MHz – CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL SUPPLIER.
*Minimum 4Gb of data - In 2017 we were able to obtain 12Gb of data for the same price. We will always try to find the best deal available.
